Building permit drawings

We help you with building permit drawings and building permit documents for your project. A building permit document contains a site plan, land planning drawing, floor plans, facade drawings and section drawings depending on the size and complexity of the project. In order to make a building permit application, a professional building permit drawing is required.

Fire document

When applying for a building permit, the municipality can decide through the emergency services that a building needs fire documentation. A fire document is drawn up according to the Swedish Housing Agency’s building regulations (BBR) with information about escape routes in the event of a fire.
